②新型コロナウイルス感染症の陽性と判明した方との濃厚接触がある方、同居家族や身近な知人の感染が疑われる方、
過去14日以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされている国・地域等への渡航及び当該国・地域の在住者との濃厚接触がある方
③5日以内に平熱を超える発熱をされた方
④来場時の検温で37.2°C以上の発熱が確認された方
⑤マスク無着用の方
⑥持病のある方は感染した際の重症化リスクが高いことから、より慎重に検討をお願いします。
